At the conference, BAIC BJEV General Manager Zheng Gang delivered a speech “In Dream and Innovation We Believe” and released North America technical innovation strategy: two overseas R&D centers of Silicon Valley and Detroit will respectively concentrate on R&D and application of intelligent network connection technology and next-generation electric drive system technology. During 2016 and 2017, twenty technical innovation projects including introduction and product application of automatic driving technology, man-less driving platform intelligence, pre-research and application of next-generation driving control technology.

BAIC BJEV has completed R&D layout in seven places such as American Silicon Valley and Detroit, German Aachen and Dresden, Spanish Barcelona, Japanese Tokyo and Italian Turin.
